There are no clawbacks to the $5,000 retention bonus received at one-year of employment. Each partner company may have clawbacks to their sign-on bonus. Those details would be specified as part of the hiring process and are solely between the applicant and the partner company.

The candidate must accept and start employment at one of the partner companies through the application process. After candidate begins employment, you would receive your referral check by completing a W9 with the Little Rock Regional Chamber.
